At Poppy’s Boutique, we want to ensure that all your purchases fit and look great. Please compare your measurements against the available sizing information below, (according to brand if available) to determine the best size for you.
If the garment does not fit, we will happily exchange for another size or offer online store credit to the value of the purchased item. The goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn, complete with tags and free from any damage. Poppy’s accepts no liability for any lost parcels, and return postage costs. We suggest parcels are sent with tracking.
Refunds are accepted if the items are deemed faulty. Items must be of fault by manufacture. For example seams ‘coming undone. Does not however include make up stains and any damage due to failing to properly care for your garment as per instructions. (care instructions are found on each garment, please take the time to read)
ALL REFUND AND RETURN REQUESTS WILL BE REVIEWED BY OUR TEAM. Please email us your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Wherever possible please include a picture of the fault, your best contact details as well as the date of purchase. We will aim to contact you within 24 hrs.
