OUR RETURNS POLICY!
If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Poppy's Boutique are more then happy to process a store credit, Refund or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.
- Must be sent back within 14 business days of receiving your items.
-Must be a full priced item. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
-Be in a saleable condition, no fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks.
-The cost of return shipping costs for exchanges and other returns is at the customer's expense, unless deemed faulty. Poppy's Boutique will pay for the shipping costs on all damaged and faulty products.
-Credits can only be used by the credit holder and are valid for 12 months.
-NO returns on SALE items.
-No returns during our 40% or 50% off sales, please choose carefully.
How to process a return:
-Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to exchange a item, have a faulty item.
-If you have a faulty or damaged product please email us your order number and a picture of the deemed fault.
-Once you have lodged your return request, you will need to wait for approval from our team. Once approved you receive an email with our return address.
